FEATURING 3 DYNAMIC SPEAKERS

SYKE's Irreducible Business Plan

Presented by: Norm Lehman, Business Coach from SYKE

Is your business plan tough enough? Can it survive rapid change? Is it really a plan at all? Norm's seminar will help you revise or build a business plan that's bombproof, bulletproof and bumbleproof - and will actually help you succeed.

Norm Lehman is the founder of SYKE and his story is classically entrepreneurial.

Norm was educated in Journalism and Computer Science and is a life-long entrepreneur. He has been a computer programmer, an executive recruiter, a systems consultant, a partner in a direct response marketing firm, an advertising copywriter, creative director and finally president of the 8th largest advertising agency in Canada.

As an entrepreneur, he has started and run 5 businesses, some very, very successful, and some not.

Norm's success is attributed to the having learned a lot through his career, because he worked with some of the sharpest people and the best minds anywhere - and paid attention, listened and learned. He became a coach because he hated to see business failure. SYKE was born of those feelings and is Norm's way of putting his experience to work helping small business entrepreneurs get into, and stay in business.

Please bring a copy of your current business plan (how ever old, whatever stage) to work with during this session.
